Return Window
You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and sealed, in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item received (see below).
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@nutrist.pk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm your return and provide instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products returned opened or without original packaging (unless defective)
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not purchased directly from our store
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
